The 250 are not left out and it is Colin Sleigh who takes the lead in front of Stefan Tennstadt and the Australian Grant Boxhall, Yves Hecq facing engine problems can not do better than 4th ahead of Bob Keller and Bernard Tabarly fighting all along the race.
A great race, no crashes, and happy riders all looking forward to meet for the 2nd race at 13h this Sunday.
A beautiful sun and a temperature of over 30 degrees, no crashes, a few breaks including the one of Antony Hart who loses his complete clutch on the track, cutting him his boot but without touching his foot.
From the start it's still Mike 'Spike' Edwards of Team Beale-Roberts who takes the lead followed by Ian Simpson, Jean-Paul Lecointe and Guillaume Foureau both on FGMS.
In 250 Colin Sleigh is leading followed as in the 1st race by Stefan Tennstädt, Grant Boxhall and Roberto Keller.
The 12 laps put the riders and bikes under severe strain, the race ended in this order.
